VIB consultations can be only booked for First Appointment only, cannot be booked for second, third visits etc. The £100 off dress is only available on the day as the appointment. Refreshments & Delicious offerings will vary.

Dietary Requirements: If you have any special requirements please let us know.

VIB Appointments: We will always endeavour to purchase snacks that are in line with your dietary requests & requirements. However firstly and foremost we are a bridal store - so please take into account that you eat at your own risk. If you are in any doubt please ask to see packaging and ingredients.

The Bridal Room Broadway cannot be held responsible for anything eaten or drank on site that you may react to - you do so at your own risk. We do not purchase any refreshments that we would not eat or drink ourselves.

Consultation fee of £20 - Credit of £50 is only available against full price dresses on the day of the consultation. Not available in conjunction with any other offer or on sample gowns.

Special Offers

Any special offers, discounts, credits etc given cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or appointment discount - simply the highest discount will be applied out of the offers. They cannot be used together.

Cancellations of Appointments: There are no refunds on VIB or Normal bookings fees if cancelled within 30 days of appointment.
If you wish to cancel your appointment please get intouch - we can postpone your visit, once, but no refund after this.
Covid postponements - we understand these happen and will accept postponing an appointment due to this - we will not be refunding due to covid though. However if you are postponing more than twice you will lose your appointment fee.

Dress Appointments cannot be transferred to Accessory Appointments.

VIB & Dress Appointments: Cancellations outside 30 days will be refunded.

CCTV is throughout the communal areas of the boutique for you & for us.
No photography is permitted unless by management.

Please reschedule your appointment if you have evening contact with anyone who is in confinement or feeling unwell.

We reserve the right to refuse anyone into the boutique or ask customers to leave if we feel it will keep others safer in this current climate.

If anyone arrives to the boutique and appears unwell we reserve the right to refuse entry.
